Overview

Every two years, the QIO organizations are invited to participate in a national QIO compensation survey. The survey process will be launched in February 2011, with the final report available in June 2011.

There are 43 positions being surveyed this year, up from 36 in the previous survey. With the rapid changes in benefit programs, this year's survey has added additional questions related to company benefits. This expansion is designed to help organizations not only to understand the current benefit and HR practices, but also get a sense of the trends in these areas.
