Overview of Onsite HR Services' AAP Strategy
Onsite HR evaluates your current AAP program and identifies areas of improvement. We develop a tailored plan to enhance your company's full potential to reach its AAP objectives. Onsite provides all the required plan elements to address Executive Order 11246 for women and minorities, Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act for protected veterans, and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act for individuals with disabilities.
Affirmative Action Plan Elements
- Development of the necessary Job Groups
- Development of the organizational profile
- Determine the apprpriate recruitment areas and feeder groups
- Conduct availabilities analysis, both internally and externally
- Determine if there are areas of underutilization
- Develop placement goals as appropriate for areas of underutilization for the current plan year
- Conduct adverse impact on the required personnel actions from the previous plan year
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports for individuals with disabilities, determining if there is underutilization
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports for protected veterans, determining if the orgination is reaching its hiring benchmark
- Generate various reports showing the details of the plan and analysis
- Evaluate and close out the previous year's AAP
